Sales

Installation and Retrofits

We have extensive experience in installation and retrofit of all the equipment we offer. A few examples of our capabilities:

Installation of Tokyo Keiki gyrocompasses, autopilots and ECDIS, including retrofits from old models of not just Tokyo Keiki models but also of any other make. We also have plenty of experience in adding a gyrocompass to provide a dual gyrocompass set-up complete with a change-over facility.
Installation of wind sensors and displays, as well as complete helideck monitoring systems
Commissioning and repair of Hepworth window wiper systems, ranging from a simple single-wiper system to complex systems consisting of dozens of wipers.

Service and Repair

We offer prompt and reliable service at any port in India, for a wide range of requirements including:

Annual service of Tokyo Keiki gyrocompasses and autopilots
Annual Performance Test (APT) of Totem Plus VDRs
Overhaul of magnetic compasses of any make, and we are also able to offer magnetic compasses on exchange basis
Repair of all the equipment offered by us such as Hepworth’s window wipers and Observator Instruments’ meteorological sensors and weather stations.

Spare Parts

To ensure that there are no long delays in resolving problems, we stock a wide range of spares for all our equipment. Further, we only use genuine spare parts sourced directly from the manufacturer.

We strive to maintain ready stock of all spares for Tokyo Keiki gyrocompasses and autopilots, even old obsolete equipment. So no matter what the issue is, we’re very likely to have the spares for it.
