When working with devices that provide NMEA 0183 data which is the norm in commercial shipping, there will invariably be instances where the data stream needs to be split in order to make it available to multiple devices, or where several data streams need to be combined into one. The NBF-3 Buffer and the NDC-5 Multiplexer do just that in the safest and most reliable way possible, and thereby solve many NMEA 0183 interconnectivity headaches.
